Andy Matheson places fifth in state 3-A wrestling tournament
Andy Matherson Smoky Mountain's Andy Matheson (top) battles Daniel Elliott of Fuquay-Varina in last weekend's state wrestling tournament. Matheson dropped two close decisions to Elliott, who entered the tourney as the top seed. Matheson placed fifth for the Mustangs.
