The merchants and shopkeepers of Dillsboro will host their first two Luminaires
of the Christmas season this Friday and Saturday, Dec. 3 and 4, from 5 to 9 p.m.
Luminaires are also scheduled for next weekend, Dec. 10 and 11, at the same time.

A village tradition since 1984, Dillsboro's holiday event offers extended hours for shoppers, complete with holiday music and thousands of candles lining the streets of the tiny town. Refreshments and seasonal treats are available in all the stores as the merchants show their appreciation to customers.
