 Commissioners thanked for support of Moving Wall - County officials Monday night (Nov. 2) got a “thank you” from area veterans for their support of the Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall. Power line electrocutes Ellenboro man - A Pike Electricity employee has died after being electrocuted by a Whittier power line. Gary Wayne Vaughn, 39, of Ellenboro was working on a power line around 9 a.m. last Thursday (Oct. 29) off Camp Creek Road when he was electrocuted.
