Music festival continues
The Alexander String Quartet, the Highlands-Cashiers Chamber Music Festival’s first quartet in residence, is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year along with the festival. The quartet will perform Saturday, July 30, at 5 p.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Cashiers. Also on tap is a 7 p.m. performance Monday, July 31, by the Serafin String Quartet. also at the Episcopal Church. Both quartets also have performances scheduled in Highlands.
