Frosty morning

A week's worth of frigid weather set the stage for this early morning shot of the Tuckaseigee River above the dam at Dillsboro. Single-digit temperatures Tuesday night helped produce this sheet of ice on the slow-moving water that provided a perfect mirror for the sun's rays.
